Out Of Stock Items:

You have the option to cancel the out-of-stock item, replace it with a different one, or wait for it to be restocked. Most out-of-stock items are replenished within 2-3 weeks. If your order contains both In Stock and Out Of Stock items, we’ll ship the In Stock items immediately and the Out Of Stock items separately as soon as they become available.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you’ll receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Missing Package (valid only if tracking shows verified as delivered):

Your satisfaction is our priority. If UPS or USPS tracking shows your package as delivered but it hasn’t arrived, please allow 24 hours for it to show up. If it still hasn’t arrived after this time frame, contact your local post office for geolocation information. This will pinpoint the last scanned location by UPS or USPS. If the package was delivered incorrectly, UPS or USPS will attempt to recover it.
