Out Of Stock Items:

If your order contains both In Stock and Out Of Stock items, we’ll ship the In Stock items immediately and the Out Of Stock items separately as soon as they become available.

Missing Package (valid only if tracking shows verified as delivered):

Your satisfaction is our priority. If UPS or USPS tracking shows your package as delivered but it hasn’t arrived, please allow 24 hours for it to show up. If it still hasn’t arrived after this time frame, contact your local post office for geolocation information. This will pinpoint the last scanned location by UPS or USPS. If the package was delivered incorrectly, UPS or USPS will attempt to recover it.
